The crispy wild boar ribs and beef brisket here are all that is good and holy in this world.
Lambert’s takes a little creative license with their BBQ and the result is pure divinity. The wild boar ribs arrive stacked like a tower of meaty Lincoln Logs. They are seasoned with honey and sambal and served with buttermilk blue cheese dressing, celery and daikon slaw.
The Natural Black Angus Brisket is also not to be missed. It’s rubbed with brown sugar and coffee and served in a pile of thick slabs with house pickled escabeche.
