Miami Beach Architectural District is comprised of 800 structures of historical significance, as recognized by the National Register of Historic Places. Built from 1923 to 1943, wander the district from the Atlantic Ocean to Alton Road; 5th Street to around 23rd Street.
The Wynwood Arts District is comprised of galleries, shops, food and drink, and most notably, open air street art installations. Located just across Biscayne Bay from Miami Beach, Wynwood is a neighborhood within Miami. Panther Coffee is a great starting (and ending) point.
The Lido Spa Hotel has been carefully transformed into The Standard, more spa than hotel. The Spa is the main attraction and includes Turkish style hamam, steam room, hot tub, Finnish sauna, mud room, swimming pool and loads of yoga and tranquility. Stroll the beautiful gardens. The Standard is located on Bell Isle, very close to Miami Beach. Great place to spend the day and indulge.

Philippe Starck designed shop of Tachen Books is one of the occupants with other uses scattered throughout.
