Best things to do, places to visit, places to stay in Detroit and more…
Known as the car capitol of the world and its “Motown” sound, Detroit’s population peaked in 1950 with 1.8M residents. Detroit’s current population is less than half of that today, but the city continues to reinvent itself, despite bankruptcy, with an influx of young people focused on the arts, technology, start-up businesses and urban farming.
