El Quijote festive spanish supper club

Since 1930, serving large and varied old-school Spanish menu at reasonable prices. Wait staff wears red jackets and bow ties and provides friendly and efficient service. Crowded with pre-theatre crowd, locals and tourists alike. Spectacular murals and boisterous atmosphere. Order the lobster special which comes complete with salad (three dressing boats), veggies and potatoes. Wash it down with sangria and frozen ricotta dessert. Among my NYC faves.  Ignore the ongoing destruction of the Hotel Chelsea.
