Just a short trip up Mount Rushmore road, marvel in amazement at this Black Hills region, sixty foot sculpture carved into the granite of Mount Rushmore. Sculptured by Danish-American Gutzon Borglum and his son Lincoln, and completed in 1941, the sculpture features the heads of four U.S. Presidents: Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and George Washington.
